Homegrown cacao artisan, Mr. Bucket Chocolaterie, opens its first pop-up boutique at Changi Airport Terminal 3—a milestone to bring Asian cacao into the spotlight. Located within the transit area (#02-K14), holiday goers can stop by for toothsome treats from now until 17 April 2025.
As you step into this enchanting world, immerse yourself in Mr. Bucket’s realm of Asian chocolate in this compact 29 sq m space brimming with both classic and eye-opening chocolate flavours. Adorned with wooden displays, upon which sit exotic cacao pods, this is a nod to the chocolate farms in Asia, from which the sustainably sourced delights originate.
Even more delightful is the interactive tasting station, where chocolate lovers enjoy complimentary samples of Mr. Bucket’s extensive range of chocolate bars and dragees while going on a sensorial, immersive journey as they experience each flavour. A wonderful way to begin or conclude any trip through Singapore’s Changi Airport!

Just like how kaya toast with a generous slathering of pandan custard and ice-cold butter goes so well with a cup of kopitiam-style sock-brewed tea, Mr. Bucket also has its own quintessential “Singaporean Breakfast Set”. Each set comes with Mr. Bucket’s Kaya Toast Chocolate Bar (new) that is studded with crisp crumbs of toast, aromatic Teh Halia Chocolate Bar (new), and existing flavour Soy Salt Chocolate Bar that’s packed with umami from the fermented black soybeans.
Bringing Singapore’s rich hawker heritage to the world stage, travellers can now indulge in the exclusive “Singapore Hawker Series” set anywhere in the world! Growing from strength to strength since 2020
Mr. Bucket’s immersive multi-concept chocolate factory space at Dempsey Hill
Starting out as a petite open-concept Chocolaterie in Upper Thomson in November 2020 with the aim to put Asian chocolate on the world map, Mr. Bucket was handpicked for the inaugural list of the Singapore Tourism Board’s Made with Passion brands.
In December 2022, Mr. Bucket launched its immersive chocolate factory at Dempsey Hill, a multi-concept space featuring Singapore’s first ever Chocolate Slab live station, an indoor and outdoor dining space with curated tasting sets, a workshop room for chocolate-making workshops, and an open kitchen and roasting room for daily chocolate factory tours.
In July 2023, Mr. Bucket also became the only Singapore brand to win awards for two chocolate bars (Earl Grey and Pepper) at the 2023 International Chocolate Awards for Asia-Pacific region.
